SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping: FREE
Production Time: 3-5 Business Days
(All products are created and printed on demand when they are ordered. Please allow for production time of your items).
Standard Shipping: (5-8 Business Days): FREE
Total Delivery Time: Production + Shipping = Approximately 10-14 business days.
International Shipping: FREE
Production Time: 5-7 Business Days
(All products are created and printed on demand when they are ordered. Please allow for production time of your items).
International Standard Shipping (12-14 business days): FREE
(All international shipments must go through customs when leaving the origin country and then again
when entering the destination country) Thank you for understanding.
Total Delivery Time: Production + Shipping + Customs = Approximately 14-24 business days.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed/produced and packaged on average within 6 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, production begins within 24 hours so that we can deliver orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered the production phase it is not likely that we will be able to cancel the order and stop it. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to help if we can.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date with a valid RMA number (contact support@imaginariumdepot.us for more information because we do source from multiple various vendors). Usually everything can be easily handled via email with a photo of the item and the issue and often no return is necessary we will just ship a replacement or issue a refund. Items to be returned must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit

DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier directly for the item's status.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Imaginarium Depot is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
https://imaginariumdepot.us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities and contact the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
